Level II

Expanded 2-Day Format

Given the recent changes in the CFA^Ž Program curriculum, the Level II workshop has been expanded. Each participant will receive a total of 16 hours of instruction and practice. Enrollment is limited to assure each participant receives individual attention.

Each learning objective is thoroughly explained and summarized with special emphasis on the following:

	Business combinations
	Variable interest entities
	Pensions
	Foreign currency accounting
	Stock-based compensation
	Earnings quality
	Accounting shenanigans
	Financial statement adjustments

The total cost of the workshop is $495. The registration fee includes all workshop materials, outlines, lectures and practice questions. Enrollment will be limited to assure the participant receives individual attention.

Practice Questions

Each participant will receive a set of focused practice questions including questions that simulate the "item set" format.
